Also the area around Londa is full of chestnut and conifer
forests and the centre of the village is located in a beautiful
natural scenario. Around the main square you can see the palaces
of the old noble families in Londa, facing the fountain. Visit the
Prepositura della Santissima Concezione and the bridge over the
river Vincine with two stone arcades.

the surroundings of Londa you might visit the Pieve di San Leonino
a Monti, built in the XI century in front of the Rocca dei Conti Guidi,
which only is partly preserved. Not far away you find the Palazzo
Marchionale Guadagni, today a private home. Towards Casentino, at
Rincine, you find the Pieve di Sant'Elena, dated between the XII and
the XIII century. Close to the Pieve, along the flow of the river
Rincine, you can see the remains of some old mills.
