POGGIBONSI
Poggibonsi has medieval origins, but its actual face was
designed by the intense industrial development after the second
world war. Poggibonsi is today the most important industrial and
commercial area in the Valdelsa and does not have much left of its
past. In the modern centre you only find the Collegiata built in
the middle of the 19th century, and the Chiesa di San Lorenzo, with
origins from the 14th century.
